These terms govern your use of Vekzi, an email outreach automation platform for managing leads, templates, campaigns, inbox connections, and analytics.

Use Of The Service

  • You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permission basis of contacts, leads, templates, and campaigns you create or import.
  • You agree to use Vekzi only for lawful business communication and to comply with applicable email, privacy, anti-spam, and data protection laws.
  • You may not use Vekzi to send deceptive, abusive, harmful, unsolicited, or illegal messages.

Account Approval

  • New accounts may require administrator approval before access is granted.
  • We may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect the platform, users, deliverability, or sender reputation.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Email Providers And Integrations

  • You may connect third-party providers such as Google or Resend to send, sync, and manage emails.
  • You authorize Vekzi to use connected provider access only to perform the actions you request through the platform.
  • You remain responsible for complying with each provider's terms, limits, policies, and acceptable use rules.

Campaigns And Deliverability

  • Vekzi provides tools for automation, tracking, unsubscribe handling, and rate limits, but it does not guarantee delivery, opens, replies, conversions, or revenue.
  • You are responsible for honoring unsubscribe requests and maintaining compliant outreach practices.
  • We may limit or stop sending activity that appears abusive, unsafe, or harmful to platform reliability.

Availability And Changes

  • The service may change over time as features are added, modified, or removed.
  • We aim to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • During testing or free deployment periods, services may experience cold starts, provider limits, or temporary unavailability.
