Privacy Policy

Vekzi is an email outreach automation platform for managing leads, templates, campaigns, inbox connections, and campaign analytics. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

  • Account information such as your name, email address, company name, and account status.
  • Workspace data such as leads, contact lists, templates, campaigns, inbox connections, and campaign activity.
  • OAuth connection data needed to connect sending providers such as Google, including access tokens, refresh tokens, and sender profile information.
  • Usage and tracking data generated by the platform, including email opens, clicks, replies, unsubscribes, bounces, and delivery status.

How We Use Information

  • To create and manage your account, workspace, leads, templates, campaigns, sending accounts, and inbox connections.
  • To send and track outreach emails at your direction, and to receive or sync messages only for receiving accounts you separately configure.
  • To provide account approval notifications, transactional emails, support, security, and platform administration.
  • To improve reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and protect sender reputation.

Google User Data

  • If you connect a Google account, Vekzi uses OpenID profile and email permissions to identify the sending account and the Gmail send permission to send messages you direct Vekzi to send.
  • Vekzi does not request permission to read, list, modify, delete, or synchronize messages in your Gmail inbox for the initial sending-only release.
  • Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage and are used only to maintain the sending connection.
  • Google user data is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.
  • Google user data is not shared with third parties except as required to provide the service, comply with law, or protect the platform.
  • Vekzi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
  • Disconnecting the Google account in Vekzi deletes the stored connection credentials and stops future sending. You can separately revoke the Vekzi grant from your Google Account permissions page.

Data Security

  • Sensitive credentials and OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage.
  • Access to account data is limited to authorized users and administrative workflows needed to operate the service.
  • No internet-based service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards to protect user data.

Data Retention And Deletion

  • We retain account and workspace data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
  • You may request deletion of your account or workspace data by contacting support.
  • Some records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or backup recovery.
